Inventory & Strategic Program Controller (d/f/m)
We are in a transformation process as parts of Premium Aerotec (PAG) and Airbus Aerostructures merged and you will have the opportunity to experience two entities and be part of the transformation to one unique company with harmonized processes and trendsetting IT landscape.

We are facing a transformation of Digitalisation and Integration in our Operations and Finance Team and looking for fresh eyes, clever thoughts and diverse people inspired by this journey.

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

Clear planning & reporting within the function Finance (OP, Forecasts) and secure compliant process in collaboration with diverse departments (i.e.tax, legal,..)

Support discussions and decision making at Management level by providing a transparent and clear analysis of all financial aspects

Be a challenging and supporting partner to the function in terms of financial and operational performance improvement, in relation with Program and Group Controlling

Initiate, lead, support and implementation of digitization and transformation projects for overall process improvement or for the implementation of new requirements, taking meaningful KPIs into account

Contribute to cash-planning (with focus on inventory)

Understand the business operational environment (strategy, governance, challenges, constraints)

Desired skills and qualifications

Academic Degree in Economics or similar

You are both marathonian (quarterly year end closing processes) and sprinter (urgent issues solving) minded

You have an appetite to dive into new topics including digitalization of our way of working and you are keen to learn and acquire new skills

You have the ability to switch from big picture to detailed view, are methodical, organized and able to bring new ideas

Ability to communicate and influence / challenge non financial peers

Knowledge in networking capital

Advanced level in English as our everyday practice
